The Handwalker

My newest piece based on a painting I did back around 2005. It is a creature symbolizing the common phenomenon of holding pain in while maintaining an exterior that says everything is alright. The upper head's mouth never opens and has a slight smile while the "heart" is screaming. It's legs are underdeveloped, dead and useless leaving it to awkwardly use it's arms to move about. I'm obviously a huge Silent Hill fan and this environment was partially inspired by the hospital scene in Jacob's Ladder.
